This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Link Us (l-k.us) uses, in accordance with the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and the guidelines of the Italian Garante.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites. They can be technical (necessary for the site to work) or used for analytics and marketing. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage.

2. Necessary cookies (always active)

These are required for the site to function and do not require consent:

• linkus_session — keeps your login session; expires when the session ends.
• XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms against cross-site request forgery; session.
• lk_lang — remembers your language choice; 12 months.
• lk_consent (cookie) and lk_consent_v1 (localStorage) — remember your cookie choices; 6 months.

3. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

If you accept "Analytics" in the banner, we load Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to measure how the site is used (e.g. cookies _ga, _ga_*; up to 13 months). Data may be processed by Google LLC in the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Marketing cookies (only with your consent)

If you accept "Marketing", advertising tags may be set to measure and personalise advertising: Google (Google Ads, DoubleClick — e.g. cookies _gcl_*, IDE) and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram — e.g. cookie _fbp, up to 3 months, data processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Without this consent no marketing cookies are set.

5. Google Consent Mode v2

We implement Google Consent Mode v2: all Google signals default to "denied" and are updated only according to your explicit choices in the banner.

6. Managing your preferences

You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time using the "Cookie preferences" button in the footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies does not limit the core service in any way.
